About us

Our law firm operates and provides various legal services to public and private sector members since 2003. Our clientele consists of both private persons, Hungarian and foreign for-profit business organizations and non profit organizations, municipalities and budgetary organizations. We perform general and special legal tasks. Our general mandates include real estate matters, issues of company registration and registration of changes. Besides, we represent clients before courts, draft contracts and other documents which require legal knowledge and give legal advice. In the course of our special mandates we take part in international and Hungarian jurisprudential researches, provide assistance in founding and operating public educational and higher educational organizations, we coordinate executing complex projects and support claim enforcement processes.
